Frühstücksbuffet - best in class!

Besonders erwähnenswert ist das vielfältige Frühstück in diesem Sheraton, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Von verschiedenen Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten, diversen Säfte bis hin zu verschiedene Sorten Brot und Brötchen, Wurst-, Schinken- und Käsevariationen, Beilagen und Frühstückscerealien. Zudem werden Eierspezialitäten frisch vom Koch an der Station auf Gästewunsch zubereitet. Für ein süßes Frühstück stehen Marmeladen, Honig und eine „süße“ Ecke zur Verfügung. Frisch gepresster O-Saft wird von den netten Mitarbeiter am Tisch serviert. Ich habe den Tag gut gestärkt und gut gelaunt begonnen.

Ich kann mich ausschließlich positiv über das Sheraton Airport und dessen Dienstleistung äußern. Neben dem äußerst freundlichen Empfang durch das Front Office Team, konnte ich mich von einem prompten Beschwerdemanagement überzeugen. Im Frühstücksraum konnte ich mich von einem exklusiven Service des Kochs und der Mitarbeiter überzeugen. Dementsprechend positiv fällt auch mein Kommentar für dieses Hotel aus. Als einzigen Wehmutstropfen kann ich die "fehlenden" Clublounge anmerken. Jedoch wurde dies durch ein kostenloses Frühstück ausgeglichen. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Ich kann mich ausschließlich positiv über das Sheraton Arabella und seine Dienstleistung äußern. Neben dem äußerst freundlichen Empfang durch das Front Office Team, konnte ich mich in der „provisorischen“ Club Lounge von einem exklusiven Service der Mitarbeiter überzeugen. Für zukünftige Aufenthalte in der Region, werde ich mir das Sheraton Arabella definitiv vormerken. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf die neue Club Lounge und den Pool-Bereich ab September 2013!

Excellent hotel, but needs improvement

This Hotel is located directly at the airport and not too far from the old port and other sights. The outward appearance is very nice and our suite was very comfortable. The only problem- which is an important aspect indeed- was the staff. Nobody could speak English at an acceptable level and so I had to ask four times for cold milk at the breakfast until the waitress (who was also very unfriendly) brought me what I had asked for. However, the service is not corresponding to a 4 star hotel. The hotel should invest in people and their training.

I was shocked about this (Sheraton???) , when i reached at this hotel. The outside appearance was like some old building in the former past of east-german. I believe it has never been updated since its opening. I am disappointed of the hotel and its team. I will definitely complain in the Sheraton Headquarter about this hotel.

Destination Roma - a great experience!

The GM and his team have assured their full attention to make our stay most enjoyable. Plus the GM provided us with great sightseeing recommendations which was a nice touch. Furthermore, the front office team was very kind and helpful, i.e. the concierge advised us to visit a great restaurant just 5 min from the hotel. The communication was excellent and our stay was well organized. We truly spent an excellent time in Roma and this experience will be memorable.

Good hotel but needs work on service

The location and food were great. But we did have an issue with the service and the facilities though. The service is not corresponding to 4 star hotel (staff doesn't speak proper english). The hotel should invest in people and their training. Furthermore, the internet speed was very poor and the printer in the sheraton link area did not work. We were disappointed from the pool, as the whirl pool was not working properly.

Me and my partner enjoyed the resort very much. Costa Navarino is outstanding in terms of landscape, design, features and services.
Furthermore the area of Messinia is unspoilt and the scenery is very attractive. The GM and his hotel team have assured their attention to make our stay most enjoyable.

Endlich mal ein Sheraton Hotel mit einer wirklich gelungenen Club Lounge. Toller Spa Bereich und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Obwohl ich tagsüber auf der Messe Düsseldorf tätig war, bin ich 30 km gefahren,um hier zu übernachten:-)
