Gorgeous property in the heart of Athens!

Aside from Den Haag and Vienna, I adore Athens very much. While staying at the Hotel Grande Bretagne, me and my partner could really feel the historical aspects of this capital. Furthermore Athens offers various attractive scenerys i.e. the Acropolis and the temple of Zeus. The moment we walked in to this historic hotel Platinum recognition was prompt provided. The General Manager and his team have assured their full attention to make our stay most enjoyable. Attention to every detail plus the front office team provided us with great sightseeing recommendations which was a nice touch. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite with a balcony facing towards the parliament and the Syntagma-Square. The suite was really tremendous! We also enjoyed tasty cocktails in the Alexanders Bar! Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with great service of the restaurant and a panoramic view of the city and the Acropolis. The view is unbeatable. The communication was excellent and our stay was well organized. We truly spent an excellent time in Athens and this experience will be memorable. Our stay could not have been better. We would love to come back to this hotel!

...gibt es von mir für dieses tolle Sheraton Hotel. Mittlerweile gehört diese Hotel zu meinen Top 3 Favoriten in Berlin. Die Zimmer sind riesig und komfortabel und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Vor allem ist das Hotel trotzdem noch bezahlbar und zeichnet sich für ein exzellentes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis aus. Ich fühle mich wohl und komme gerne wieder.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel team for having assured their attention to make my stay most enjoyable. Please also pass our thanks to your front office team who were very kind and helpful in order to give us some great sightseeing recommendation for our stay in London. Even though we were on a tight schedule, we managed to acquire some unforgettable impressions of this beautiful city. Therefore our feedback is absolutely positiv. Empfehlenswertes Hotel mitten im Ruhrgebiet!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den äußerst freundlichen Service in der Club Lounge. Auch an der Bar hatte ich eine nette Zeit und natürlich leckere Cocktails. Zudem hat das Front Office Team meine Anliegen und Fragen schnell und kompetent beantworten können. Ich kann mich ausschließlich positiv über das Sheraton Essen Hotel äußern. Dementsprechend positiv ist auch mein Kommentar ausgefallen. Das Hotelteam macht hier den Unterschied. Ich bin seit Jahren Stammgast in diesem Sheraton und kann ein kontinuierlich hohes Service- und Dienstleistungsniveau bescheinigen. Ich fühle mich hier rundum wohl und komme immer gerne wieder. Das Hotel bleibt auch weiterhin meine erste Wahl für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Ruhrgebiet.

Hotelteam - best in class!

Für mich steht und fällt die Qualität mit dem Hotelteam. Besonders hervorheben kann ich das sehr serviceorientierte und freundliche Personal. Obwohl dies mein erst dritter Aufenthalt im Hotel war, wurde ich bereits vom Concierge-Team namentlich begrüßt. Das ist aus meiner Sicht best in class. Auch diesmal habe ich das Glück gehabt eine traumhafte Suite als Platinum-Stammgast zu bekommen. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und komme gerne wieder.

Ich halte mich kurz: Das Hotelteam macht hier den Unterschied. Ich bin seit Jahren Stammgast in diesem Sheraton und kann ein kontinuierlich hohes Service- und Dienstleistungsniveau bescheinigen. Ich fühle mich hier rundum wohl und komme immer gerne wieder.

Ich besuche dieses Hotel immer wieder gerne und kann es ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen, da ich die Auftenhalte sehr genieße. Die Mitarbeiter vermitteln eine positive und serviceorientierte Einstellung und sind stets hilfsbereit egal ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar oder im Frühstücks-Restaurant. Ich fühle mich wohl und komme gerne wieder. Einziger Wehmutstropfen bleibt jedoch die fehlende Clublounge für Platinum-Gäste. Als Ausgleich habe ich zumindest einen 5,-€ Voucher für die Bar erhalten.

Mein Favorit in der Hauptstadt!

Für mich war es der erste Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, welches erst seit wenigen Tagen am Starwood-Netz angedockt hat. Ich wurde von einem sehr freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Mitarbeiter aus dem Concierge-Team am Frontoffice empfangen. Obwohl der Mitarbeiter mich nicht kannte, erhielt ich ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade auf eine Suite. Auch wenn das Upgrade aufgrund meines Status dazu gehört, ist es nicht selbstverständlich das Upgrade auch proaktiv angeboten zu bekommen. Ich habe mich sehr darüber gefreut, da ich in der Suite einen atemberaubenden Blick über Berlin hatte. Die Suite ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und mit 2 1/2 Zimmern sehr geräumig, mit allem, was man benötigt. Zum Lesen stehen ausreichend Magazine aus, eine hochwertige Musikanlage sorgt für ensprechende Entspannung und ein Nespresso Kapselautomat macht das Wohlfühlpaket komplett. Einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist die fehlende Club-Lounge. Leider gibt es hierfür auch keine Ersatzleistung für die Platinum Gäste. Aber einen Verbesserungsvorschlag habe ich bereits beim Hotel-Team platziert. Alles halb so schlimm, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Hotel erst wenige Tage zur "Starwood-Gruppe" gehört. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt und freue mich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!

Mein Favorit in Leipzig!

Nachdem ich vom Front Office Mitarbeiter freundlich begrüßt und zügig eingecheckt wurde, habe ich mich entschieden den Fitnessbereich des Hotels aufzusuchen. Der hoteleigene Fitness- uns Spabereich besticht durch modernstes Design und ist zudem mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, welche meiner Meinung nach auch in kommerziellen Studios verwendet werden. Auch für den Ausdauersportler finden sich hier die passenden Geräte, wie bspw. Laufband, Stepper, Crosstrainer und Cardio-Räder. Ich wählte das Cardio-Rad, welches wie auch alle anderen Geräte über verschiedene Programme zur Belastung und Intervalltraining verfügt. Zudem konnte ich an den Kardiogeräten mit eingebauten LCD Bildschirm sogar während des Trainings fernsehen. Um den Sound zu hören, muss man allerdings seine eigenen Kopfhörer mitdabei haben. Zudem kann man an verschiedenen Stationen mit variabel wählbarer Gewichtsbelastung die wichtigsten Muskelgruppen trainieren. Eine Auswahl von Kurzhanteln ist auch vorhanden. Nach dem Sport kann man sich im Pool- und Wellnessbereich erholen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Gebühr von 3 EUR pro Person. Obwohl ich Vielreisender bin, habe ich eine solche Kostenbeteiligung bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erfahren. Aber zumindest steht der Fitness- und Workoutbereich kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Sehr aufmerksam finde ich auch, dass ein Wasserspender und Desinfektionsspray parat stehen. Für die Hygiene gibts von mir die volle Punktzahl.

Me and my partner enjoyed this stay very much. The hotel has a very nice golf area with a lot of greenery and nature. Furthermore Roma offers various attractive scenerys i.e. the colosseo or the pantheon. The GM and his hotel team have assured their attention to make our stay most enjoyable. We would love to come back to this hotel!
