Overperforming the Sheraton Standard

The team went above and beyond my expectations during my stay in Rhodes. As a platinum guest I also received an upgrade to an Aegean Sea suite on the top-level of the hotel. The view was absolutely breathtaking. When i entered my suite there was a bottle of bubbles and lots of nice treatments waiting for me. The FO-Team gave me some great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Even though I was on a tight schedule, I thereby managed to acquire some unforgettable impressions of your beautiful island. I also enjoyed the special area for gold&platinum members at the breakfast and the private beach. The breakfast is amazing and offers a vast assortment of local dishes and fresh food.
There is absolutely nothing that I can find fault during my stay at your hotel. I only regretted having such a short stay and having to leave, but that is the beauty of a holiday. It will never last forever, but you will always remember.

Einmal und nie wieder!

Ich mach es kurz.
Kein deutschsprachiges Personal am Empfang; weder am Abend meiner Anreise noch am nächsten Morgen. Am Abend habe ich im Hotel angerufen, um mein Zimmer trotz Spätanreise zu garantieren. Mitarbeiter versteht kein Deutsch und fragt mich nach meiner Zimmernummer??? Ich frage Sie, ob das ein Witz ist. Sie sagt Ja und ich beende das Gespräch, weil ich merke, dass Sie mich nicht versteht. Falsch ausgestellte Rechnung aufgrund von mangelnden Deutschkenntnisse der Mitarbeiterin. Ich fühle mich als Platinum überhaupt nicht anerkannt. Im Frühstücksraum ist es viel zu dunkel. Zwei Servicemitarbeiter unterhalten sich während meines Aufenthalts im Frühstücksraum fast permanent lautstark untereinander auf italienisch und vernachlässigen die Gäste vollkommen. Ich frage nach einem Spiegelei und mir wird mitgeteilt, dass alles ausser das Rührei zusätzlich berechnet wird. Ich lehne dankend ab. Es handelt sich um meinen ersten und letzten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wem die Nähe zum Flughafen wichtig ist, sollte auf die zahlreichen Hotels in der Umgebung zurückgreifen. Beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Element Frankfurt herrscht eine völlige Schieflage.

Gorgeous hotel team makes the difference!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel team for having assured their attention to make our stay most enjoyable. Please also pass our thanks to your front office team who were very kind and helpful in order to give us some great sightseeing recommendation for our stay in Rhodes. We managed to acquire some unforgettable impressions of this beautiful island. We also enjoyed tasty cocktails in the Bar! Breakfast in the platinum area was wonderful with great service of the team. The communication was excellent and our stay was well organized. We truly spent an excellent time in Rhodes and this experience will be memorable. Therefore our feedback is absolutely positiv. Last but not least we also want to thank the team for upgrading our room to a Suite. Our stay could not have been better. We would love to come back!

Gorgeous property at Costa Smeralda

My partner and i spend a romantic weekend at this gorgeous property at Costa Smeralda. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel team for having assured their attention to make our stay most enjoyable. The front office team were very kind and helpful in order to give us some great sightseeing recommendation for our stay in Porto Cervo. Even though we were on a tight schedule, we managed to acquire some unforgettable impressions of this beautiful area. Therefore our feedback is absolutely positiv. As a platinum member I was also upgraded to a suite. The suite was extremely spacious, traditionally furnished in a comfortable and exclusive manner. Everything was spotlessly clean. Welcome gifts like chocolates were a very lovely surprise. Additionally the generosity and care of the hotel manager who invited us to celebrate our stay with a bottle of sparkling wine was a very nice touch. We truly spent an excellent time at the Cervo Hotel and this special experience will be memorable.

Tolles Business-Hotel mit exzellentem Mittagstisch

Ich verbringe meine Aufenthalte in Frankfurt gerne in diesem tollen Sheraton-Hotel. Aufgrund eines engen Zeitplanes habe ich mich entschlossen auch das Restaurant-Angebot zur Mittagszeit in Anspruch zu nehmen. Das Ambiente ist eine sehr gelungen. Hier prallen zwei Welten aufeinander - Business-Hotel trifft uriges und sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit Beisl-Charakter und aussergewöhlich persönlichem Flair. Dies spiegelt sich in der Freundlichkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit der Mitarbeiter wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Die Mittagskarte scheint sich im wöchtenlichem Turnus zu ändern und saisonale Schwerpunkte zu berücksichtigen. Ich habe mich für ein Wienerschnitzel mit Kartoffelspalten und einem kleinen Salat entschieden. Beides war sehr lecker, top Qualität und in ausreichender Portion. Zudem wurde mein Gericht rasch und ohne lange Wartezeit serviert. Das ist für mich insbesondere während der Mittagspause sehr wichtig. Ich komme gerne wieder, um den Rest der Karte auszuprobieren.Als Platinum-Gast habe ich zudem einen 30% Aktionsnachlass auf das F&B-Angebot erhalten. Somit passt das Preis- & Leistungsverhältnis umsomehr.

The Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel is a great hotel with wonderful service. It is located in the best part of the city just near die Hyde Park. We recommend this Hotel to anyone who visits London. We spend a weekend at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel went above and beyond to recognize our anniversary (and my spg platinum status).The hotel team gave us a warm welcome and has assured full attention to make our stay most enjoyable. From the moment we arrived until our departure everything was perfect. The FO-Team was very kind and helpful. We experienced the whole team as being part of this amazing and magical weekend with enthusiasm, professionalism and passion. As a platinum member I was also upgraded to a suite. The suite was extremely spacious, traditionally furnished in a comfortable and exclusive manner. Everything was spotlessly clean. Welcome gifts like chocolates, water and a fruit plate were a very lovely surprise. We also enjoyed high tea ceremony in the hotel and were speechless about the first-class-service. The staff is extremely well trained and very friendly. There is absolutely nothing that we can find fault during our week stay at is hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury and service just in the heart of London. If in London again, we would certainly consider staying here again. Additionally the generosity and care of the hotel manager who invited us to celebrate our anniversary with a bottle of champagne was a very nice touch. We truly spent an excellent time at the Park Tower Knightsbridge and this special experience will be memorable. The hotel team really gave us an forgettable VIP-Experience and there couldn’t have been a more exciting way to celebrate our anniversary.

Mein Favorit in Dresden!

Es handelt sich um meinen ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Nachdem ich mein Fahrzeug in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage abgestellt habe, bin ich am Empfang von einer sehr freundlichen Front Office Mitarbeiterin begrüßt worden. Das Einchecken verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über das Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Dresdner Altstadt und Elbterassen. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich leider keine Zeit dafür hatte. Mit der Nähe zur Dresdner Altstadt und dem freundlichem Hotelteam werde ich mir dieses Hotel für zukünftige Besuche in Dresden vormerken!

Ich besuche bereits seit mehreren Jahren dieses Hotel in Frankfurt Niederrad und kann mich in Sachen Kontinuität nur positiv äussern. Könnte man Servicequalität, Freundlichkeit und Dienstleistungswillen messbar machen und über einen Zeitstrahl legen, dann würde dieses Hotel eine horizontale Trendlinie im oberen Bereich des Schulnotensystem erhalten. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl und komme auch weiterhin gerne in dieses Sheraton Hotel.

Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Sheraton Hotels in Europa übertrifft dieses Hotel für mich den Sheraton-Standard in Hinsicht auf Service, Exklusivität, Ambiente und Ausstattung. Traditionshotel mitten im Herzen von Leipzig

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Check-In Vorgang war schnell, unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über das Upgrade auf eine Suite als Platinum Gast habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Die Suite war sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist der im Verhältnis zur Zimmergröße kleine Fernseher in der Suite. Liegt man während des TV-Programms im Bett kann man das Bild zwar erkennen, aber Spaß macht es wirklich nicht. Beim Frühstück konnte ich mich vom ausgezeichneten Service des Teams überzeugen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Besondern erwähnenswert finde ich, dass ich bei Abreise ein Bildband über die Luxury Collection Hotels kostenlos erhalten habe. Ich hatte gefragt, ob das Buch zu erwerben ist, jedoch hat der FO-Mitarbeiter mir angeboten, es einfach mitzunehmen.Kurzum: Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!
